Important information about your booking
- The reserved apartment including bedding, table linen and towels
- Visitor’s tax of €3.00 to €3.20 per person and night; children under 14 years of age free
- Final apartment cleaning €15.00 per person
- Use of our wellness area upon request/reservation including sauna towels
- Tyrolean still spring water from the tap and sparkling water from our Soda Stream Station
- Includes the Silvretta Card Premium – your ticket to the Alps – for reservations between June 16th and October 15th
Your apartment will be ready for you from 2:30 p.m.
Out of consideration for our future guests, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m. at the latest.
Earlier check-in and late check-out is free of charge for our direct booking guests. For bookings via portals, €20 will be charged. Thank you for your understanding that this is only possible by prior arrangement.

You can take your four-legged family member along on your vacation to both of our apartment complexes in Kappl (Chillas and ferien-wohnen.mattle). We only ask that you notify us in advance and receive a confirmation from us.
One Pet is permitted per apartmenet and the fee is €18.00 per day.
Pets are not permitted during the week of New Year’s Eve.
People with allergies can breathe easy in the allergy-friendly and quality-checked Apart Zimalis in Galtür (ausgezeichnet mit dem ECARF Gütesiegel) We therefore ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed there.
After booking, we will ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. With timely receipt of payment your reservation will become valid and confirmed.

- Bank transfer with funds received in our account one day prior to departure
- CASH payment on site during your stay

We recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance. The Europäische Reiseversicherung insurance company is our cooperation partner and offers a comprehensive trip cancellation package, with the following included services:

- NEW: Cancellation coverage even for COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status
The money-back guarantee will apply if:
- There is an officially mandated prohibition of entry into our region
- There is an officially mandated prohibition on leaving your region
- There is a prohibition of the right of entry for our businesses
- Arrival or departure is not possible without consequences (quarantine)
This applies starting two days prior to your arrival data and for the period of your reservation.
