In summary, you can use 9 mountain railways in Paznaun/Samnaun from 1100-2800 meters above sea level, 16 cable cars in Montafon/Brandnertal, a hiking bus network of over 100 km and over 1300 meters in altitude, as well as a transnational, marked hiking and biking trail network at any time and as often as you enjoy.

Parent-free zone is offered for climbing, rafting, downhill but also for pizza baking, fishing and barbecuing for young people between 10 and 16 years. There is nothing more to add to this idea – but the Sunny Mountain adventure park offers sun, mountains and children’s laughter to the power of 3.
Animal company, dexterity and a climbing garden, a journey back in time to past alpine life, cooling off and lots of fun at the children’s playground. Parents can watch their loved ones from the comfort of a lounger while enjoying delicacies and cool drinks.
Our youngest guests can embark on a journey of discovery in the park. There are playgrounds with trampolines for high jumps and cool tricks, in the low ropes course you can train your dexterity and motor skills and in the petting zoo you have the opportunity to easily learn how to deal with animals.
The Sunny Mountain lakes reflect the beautiful mountain scenery and invite young and old to relax and enjoy. The fishing pond offers lots of fun and action, once a week there is the opportunity to fish, have a barbecue and also a disc golf challenge for teenagers between 11 and 16 years, where they can put their skills to the test.
Guided hikes
Ever since I was able to stand on my own feet, hiking has been the best way for me to discover my home and has become a great passion. The fascination of seeing nature and feeling the freedom in the mountains was awakened in my childhood by my family and strengthened by independent hiking and, last but not least, rounded off with the appropriate training as a hiking and nature guide.
Being able to share this fascination and my knowledge with you is a unique experience for me every time. We hike to mountain peaks over 3000m, to hidden mountain lakes and unique places. We start very early at sunrise or watch the animals at dusk. We stop at huts or alpine pastures to strengthen ourselves or to review the day. Are you coming too?

Many of the hiking tours start directly in front of our houses, or you can take the hiking bus and then the cable car as a free ascent aid with the Silvretta Card. The hut taxis also make your tour through the Tyrolean mountains easier and we are happy to organize overnight stays in huts for you.

Vacation on an e-bike and mountain bike
The Paznaun is still an insider tip in the mountain bike heaven, but with a lot of highlights. From leisure to extreme bikers, the mountains in Paznaun meet every requirement. Cycling leisurely through the valley with the family, pedaling along forest paths to alpine pastures or huts or skilfully steering the bike over hill and dale, everything is possible with us. The Dias and Idalp Trails can be easily reached by gondola, but the motto "earn your turns" doesn't fall by the wayside either. The diligent pedal knights are rewarded with flowing to technical trails and mostly little audience. Incidentally, the Paznaun is on the well-known Transalp from Mittenwald to Lake Garda and on the family cycle path from Vienna to Bregenz. In the Mattle apartments, bikers will be happy about the locked, secure bike storage room, the washing and service station, as well as tips for beautiful bike tours, also guided if desired. Are you already an enthusiastic climber or boulderer or would you like to try your luck on the rocks for the first time?
In Paznaun you can expect via ferratas, outdoor climbing areas, multi-rope lengths on the mountain, an outdoor natural stone climbing wall, an indoor bouldering hall and outdoor bouldering towers. For beginners, we recommend booking a mountain guide at the Galtür mountain guide office.
Every Friday, the tourism association's outdoor program offers a bouldering day in Silvapark Galtür accompanied by trained guides. The whole family can try their luck here, because in Galtür you will also find Austria's first children's outdoor bouldering area.
Water fun

What's a summer without water fun? Even on holiday in the mountains, bathing fun must not be neglected. In the Paznaun there are indoor and outdoor pools, bathing lakes and mountain lakes for your fun in the cool water.
There is nothing nicer than taking a dip in the cool water after a mountain tour and cooling off.
The Paznauntal offers a number of clear mountain lakes, often with barbecue facilities. Mountain hiking guide Sarah will be happy to accompany you to the most beautiful lakes in the Paznaun mountains.
For adrenaline junkies, the Paznaun water offers another very special experience, rafting in the Sanna. Every Thursday, the tourist association's weekly program invites you to family rafting.
