The Paznaun mountain spring water comes out of the tap fresh and cool. You can enjoy still water from the tap. If you prefer something sparkling, the water bubbles up on the ground floor at the Soda Club Station.
Sports equipment can be stored in our sports depot including a shoe dryer. A bike stand and repair kits are available for the bikes in the video-monitored room. The washing station is in front of the house.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
The bus stop for the ski and hiking bus is only 50m away from the house and is free of charge.

In order to use our resources as sparingly and energy-efficiently as possible, we only switch on the sauna if you register in advance. Simply register at reception or by telephone and nothing stands in the way of your visit to one of our wellness areas.

Our apartments are ready for you from 3:30 p.m. and welcome you to a wonderful ambience. In the event that you check in earlier and your booked apartment is already available, you can check in earlier free of charge.
Out of consideration for our future guests, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
