We combine natural, native materials with a well-thought-out living and sleeping concept for relaxing get-togethers. C(h)illas offers an ideal environment for a relaxed vacation. Our building is located only 100 meters (330 feet) from the Kappl mountain cable cars; restaurants, supermarkets and sports stores are also within close proximity.

Enjoy your vacation from the first minute!
C(h)illas features four new, modern vacation apartments with room for two to four, three to five or even large families/ groups with six to 10 guests. To start your vacation off right, consider avoiding the traffic jams by checking in/out on Friday or Sunday. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building; you only need to bring your luggage to the elevator. Each apartment has a ski locker including shoe dryer on the ground level.
SKIFAHRER (SKIER)

Our Appartement Schifahrer (Skier) penthouse apartment is perfect for two to five guests. Whether you travel as a family, a couple or with friends, this apartment is ideal for those who enjoy spacious living and like to be at the top.
The top-floor penthouse is easily reached with the elevator. Once there, you can enjoy a marvelous view of the surrounding woods and mountains, best experienced from the private south- and west-facing balcony. In addition to the top-of-the range kitchen equipment, a large dining table for two to six guests and a living area with XXL flat-screen TV, the native spruce wood and the large panoramic windows create a very cozy atmosphere.

Our highlights
1, 2, 3 and you’re sitting inside the gondola. The lower station of the Kappl mountain cable cars is just a few steps away. You can order your ski pass when you make your reservation or just purchase it at the reception desk on site. The way to the cable car is child’s play for even the littlest ski enthusiasts.
A grocery store, bakery, sports shops, restaurants, cafés and the romantic Kappl village center are a mere 12-minute walk by footpath – or a three-minute car ride.
Whether you need excursion, hiking, biking or restaurant tips or other insider tips for the Paznaun Valley, the Mattle family and their team will be happy to tell you everything you need to know for a perfect vacation in the Paznaun Valley.
Our sports depot with shoe dryer will accommodate all your sports equipment. Bike racks as well as repair kits are available in the video-monitored room for our biking guests. The washing station is located in front of the building.
Paznaun Valley mountain spring water comes out of the pipes fresh and cool. Enjoy still water straight from the tap. If you prefer sparkling water, you can get bubbles at the Soda Club Station on the ground floor.
Families enjoy the ample space in our apartments as well as the family benefits offered by our accommodations and our Sunny Mountain Club membership.
Parking spaces are available on the street directly in front of the building. The ski and hiking bus, which stops 50 meters (165 feet) from the building, is free for you.
Drivers of electric cars have access to our charging station, located right next to the building, as a special service.

Regular sauna visits strengthen the immune system, train the cardiovascular system and are great for the skin. Treat your body to this kind of time-out. After all, what’s nicer than putting up your feet and relaxing after an eventful day of skiing or hiking?
You’re sure to find some well-deserved rest and relaxation in our serene wellness area. After visiting the Finnish sauna, we recommend revving up your immune system again with the cold, crystal-clear mountain spring water in the rain shower or the cold-water hose. Then sit back on the designer chaise longue made from native wood to bring your body and mind back into balance.

Hours of operation
In order to manage our resources in the most environmentally friendly and energy-saving manner possible, we only turn on the sauna after prior request. Simply sign up at the reception desk or over the phone, and your visit to one of our wellness areas will be assured.
Arrival- & departure
Relaxed travel on any day except for Saturday.
Take the opportunity to schedule your arrival to and departure from the hotel on a Friday or Sunday. This way you can avoid the traffic chaos on the roads and enjoy a traffic-jam-free and stress-free arrival and departure.
Your reserved apartment will be available starting on 3:30 PM on your arrival date. Check-out time is 9:00 AM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
